The Twilight of Saga : Eclipse

Medium : English
Starring : Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner

Director : David Slade

The new hollywood movie, 'The Twilight of Saga : Eclipse' is the third one in the 'Twilight' series.
The previous versions got released within the last two years. Though I heard that these movies are based on vampire stories, it is a fact that I had not seen either of the previous versions. Hence I don't want to miss the 'Eclipse' version. I am not able to give the story line in detail as it is a confusing one, at the same time it is not an interesting one also; the second reason quoted here is the wordings of a friend who is a hard core fan of english movies, please excuse.

The opening scene shows, a person being attacked in the rainy night by an unknown enemy, which is later confirmed as Victoria. She wants to attract many like this to join her group. The love story of Bella (Kristen Stewart) and Edward (Robert Pattinson) is showed. She is being confused about choosing her lover as another guy (Taylor Lautner) from the wolf pack family in the forest started loving her. To kill the common Vampire enemy, Edward along with his companions joined hands with the wolf pack groups (they are the giant wolves, but they got the power to appear like humans also). How the vampire is destroyed is shown in the anti-climax portions of 'The Twilight of Saga : Eclipse'.

The story of the movie is an unbelievable one. More over the director had not made it in a convincing way. The movie filled with many romantic scenes are too lagging and boring. The only good t
hing is the visual effects happening in the fight scenes involving the wolf pack groups. Such a hype given to the behaviors of the enemy character doesn't felt realistic as she is being destroyed all on a sudden. The chasing sequences are done professionally; but it requires more lighting, you can say this is realistic, the darker environment will give a non attractive sight only. The dialogues used here are also complex and not easy to follow. (I told you about the simplicity used in such an area in the movie 'The Sorcerer's Apprentice'). The fight sequences are done well, it is not recommended to wait for such things as it is happening occasionally only.

'The Twilight of Saga : Eclipse' doesn't gives you a pleasing experience. Even a regular viewer of hollywood movies might find difficult to promote it.

Rating : 5 / 10
